The Friday Five: New Beauty Products

Well, we made it. It is finally Friday! I don't know about you, but this has been the slowest week ever. I am so ready for the weekend to relax, unwind and pull out all of the fall decor I have stored away for the past year. Today marks the official first day of fall and I am so excited - fall is my absolute favorite season and I am ready. I am not very happy with the 90 degree temps, though. I need sweater weather stat.

I thought it would be fun to chat about five new(ish) beauty products I have been loving lately. I know two of them are perfumes, but bear with me. I promise these are all worth the read.

This palette is everything. I adore a good matte eye look year 'round, but especially in the fall. You can definitely tone down a matte eye for work or darken it up for night. This palette makes doing it all so easy. I picked it up a while back, but really started using it recently and cannot get enough. It has every color you could need for so many looks. It also now comes in this *glimmer* version I picked up as well.

I am borderline obsessed with this highlighter. It makes my skin have the most subtle and natural glow. It is perfect for any occasion and I always dab a little on my cheekbones, cupid's bow and inner corners of my eyes. It wakes my face up and makes me look alive (which I always need help with). This highlighter is liquid so it blends so easily and literally looks like your skin is just radiating from sleep and hydration. Who doesn't want that?

Now this stuff is good. It has been hyped by the masses for a long time and I finally caved. I am a loyalist to my Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer but as a beauty fanatic I love trying new things. This really is amazing. It has awesome coverage for a CC cream and blends in with minimal effort (something I appreciate in the morning). Definitely recommend for a good everyday "foundation."

I am a long-time Chloe perfume lover. All the scents settle beautifully with my skin and linger for hours. I have used the original Chloe Parfum for years and love a good floral so I figured this would be amazing. It is a great scent to throw in the mix for a light floral that last all day. Whenever I wear this perfume I always get asked what it is, so I will take that as a good sign (I hope). The rollerball size is perfect for my purse or gym bag.

I had heard about the Replica line for a while now and never gave it a try because I just wasn't sure. I figured it would be easier to give it a test in the more budget-friendly rollerball version. This scent is unique and definitely a love it or hate it. I honestly am not a fan of how it smells immediately after putting it on, but give it ten minutes and it is dreamy. I love this for the day-time because it is a tad more subtle.
