Sephora Product Review

During the VIB Rouge Sale a few months back I picked up some new products to try, as well as replacing some things I had run out of. I though that since it has been a few months since having the products it would be a good time to give them a review. Since I have had these products for several months, I can really give some insight into how these products really are.
ONE // Marc Jacobs Lip Liner
So, the only reason I got this is because I thought it would compliment the Marc Jacobs lipstick well. It is shade 302. I also had just been getting into lip liner and wanted to try some things from Marc Jacobs, so this seemed like the perfect opportunity. I really enjoy the color and consistency of this liner and think it works really well. I also find it is a perfect liner to use with the Marc Jacobs lipstick I will talk about a little later. I definitely don't think that it is 100% necessary to get this particular lip liner, though. I honestly think that there are so many out there that all do the same, but this is a great option if you are on the hunt.

TWO // Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer
This is a product I have been using for years. It was one of the first face products I used because my mom had always used it. I absolutely love it for everyday use. I even use it at night sometimes for going out and such. I also have it in several colors so I can make it work no matter what tone my skin is at any given time. I highly recommend this product and think it is the best tinted moisturizer on the market. It gives decent, lightweight coverage, it is very moisturizing and just gets the job done. They also have an oil-free and illuminating version! I also have the illuminating which I add for extra glow! My every-day shade is Ochre, but I also use Sand, Caramel and Almond depending on my tan.

THREE // Make Up For Ever Eyeshadow
I bought this eyeshadow in Espresso for a basic dark, matte brown. It is absolutely perfect. I have loved using it to smoke out my upper and lower lash line instead of using a harsh liner. I also use it to darken the outer corner when doing night looks. It is just wonderful. It is the perfect deep brown color, it is smooth and creamy and is so versatile. I definitely want to pick up some more MUFE shadows after loving this so much.

FOUR // Dior Mascara
I constantly switch up my mascara. I typically alternate between this Diorshow and Benefit They're Real. This mascara gives great volume and just works like a charm. If you are in the market for a high end mascara that does it all, give Diorshow a try! I always end up coming back to it. Again, this is a product I have used for so long after going through my mother's products when I was younger.

FIVE // Laura Mercier Highlighter
This is the Matte Radiance Baked Powder in Highlight 01. This has quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. I use it for daytime looks just to add a subtle glow to the cheeks. I also use it at night and add a few more layers to amp up the glow. You can also use this lightly all over the face for full on highlight. It is really versatile and just such a creamy consistency. This is just such a natural highlight that looks great all day long.

SIX // Urban Decay Concealer
This concealer rocks. I have used it for quite a while now and just love it. I have several shades to match my skin and use for either blemishes or brighter for under the eye. I mostly use Medium Light Neutral, Light Neutral and Fair Neutral. This concealer is incredible. It is so lightweight and easy to blend. It works like a charm for covering dark circles and any blemishes. I just can't say enough great things about this concealer. I think everyone needs to try it. I also love pairing it with their color correctors as well. They are the same consistency and just work perfectly with the concealers to mask any imperfections. I typically use Peach and Pink for under my eyes.

SEVEN // Too Faced Foundation
I had heard so many people raving about the Too Faced Born This Way Foundation. I normally just stick to my tinted moisturizer or a Chanel foundation my mom got me hooked on, but I was wanting to try something a little more full coverage. I really enjoy this product. Lately my skin has been kind of dry so I haven't been wearing much foundation because it tends to get patchy and not blend, but the times I have used this it has worked like a charm. Great coverage, looks natural and lasts all night. I use shade Sand and it is perfect for a base to the rest of my makeup.

EIGHT // Marc Jacobs Lipstick
I wanted to try a new lipstick so I chose this Marc Jacobs Kiss Pop lipstick in Pow 600. I also use this with the lipliner I mentioned above. It is a fun bright, but muted pink. I really enjoy the color for spring and summer. I will say though, this lipstick is not for those with dry lips. I always have to make sure my lips are in perfect condition before using this. Other than that it is a great option for a fun color!

Let me know if there are any other products I should try out! I always love finding new beauty products.
