Current Beauty and Skincare Favorites

I am always finding new beauty and skincare products to try. I find it so fun to discover new products and try out new trends. Some of these products are new to the rotation and some are oldies I have brought back into my daily routine. They are all incredible and products that I absolutely love and that is why they are my current faves! I'm just going to run through each one and explain why I love it so much and why you should give it a try!

ONE // Too Faced Melted Matte Lipstick in 1998
Something came over me when I went to Florida and I was like, "I want to start wearing the brightest pink lipstick I can find!" So, there I went on my mission to Sephora to find the brightest pink they had. I think I did pretty great and landed upon this one by Too Faced. It is so bright and fun, and I just love popping it on to mix it up! This definitely has a cool tone to it, which I think works really well when you want that bright bubblegum color. It also applies wonderfully and feels great on the lips. An awesome liquid formula! I also picked up this one by Kat Von D and this one by Bite Beauty. The one by Bite is a little more muted so much more calm if you don't want to go all out!

TWO // Kate Somerville EradiKate Acne Treatment
This is something I have used for about a year now. Obviously not every day, I use it when I feel a breakout coming on or when one has popped up. Lately I have been breaking out way more than usual so this has really helped with clearing them out quicker! It definitely gets the job done. You just dip a q-tip in and dab it on the spots before bed! Make sure you don't shake the bottle though! Also, Mario Badescu makes an identical product. I really want to try the Mario Badescu Drying Cream for those under-the-surface spots.

THREE // Anastasia Brow Wiz
I love this brow product. It is perfect when I want a more natural look that isn't stiff or harsh. It is the smallest pencil that when applied in little flicks looks like real hairs filling in your brows. It also comes in a lot of colors so everyone can find a match! I really like it for the warmer months because it is lightweight and stays put all day!

FOUR // Tresemme Perfectly (un)Done Sea Foam
This product is literally five bucks and works so so so well. I have naturally wavy hair but like to give it a little extra boost. After the shower, when my hair is damp, I take a few pumps of this and scrunch it up in my hair then just let it air dry. It is not crunchy at all and really adds a lot more texture to my hair. You can't go wrong with this drugstore product! It really helps me avoid using heat on my hair as well when it looks so great with jus scrunching this through.

FIVE // Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment
I swear by this lip balm. I have it in a bunch of colors and also the Advanced Therapy version for a regular, untainted balm. It is a bit pricey for a lip balm, but it works so wonderfully that I am addicted. I have been using this product for years and years and it never fails me. They also take a really long time to work through, so they last a while! I think it is because it actually heals chapped lips so you don't need to reapply as much! I have very dry and chapped lips all the time, and this really helps them retain moisture and soften out the cracks.

SIX // belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb
Belif is a Korean beauty brand that is relatively new to Sephora. I first received Aqua Bomb as a Sephora point perk and loved it. Since then, I have purchased the full size and keep it on hand for a daily moisturizer. I have really enjoyed it this summer because it is so lightweight and gel-like. It doesn't feel heavy on your skin or gross in the heat. Despite being lightweight, it really replenishes moisture in the skin. They also make a Moisturizing Bomb that is a bit heavier and great for dry skin.

SEVEN // Murad Sensitive Skin Soothing Serum
Another purchase from my Florida vacation. I got pretty sunburned on my face and did not feel like waiting for it to clear up. I went on the Sephora site and searched "sunburn" and this product came up. It sounded great just from the name, so I proceeded to check out the reviews. The reviews were great and people claimed it had cleared up their sunburn quickly. I went out the next day and picked it up and have used it ever since. I only really use this when I have a little sunburn, irritation or redness. I put it on at night and by the next morning it is cleared up almost completely or totally gone! Great stuff!

EIGHT // Jo Malone Wood Sage and Sea Salt Cologne
This perfume reminds me of my Mom because she wears it all the time. I loved it so much that she, so kindly, got me one of my own. It smells so light and fresh, but also woodsy and sexy. It is perfect for day or night, as well. It is such a unique scent and lasts for hours when I wear it. Jo Malone makes incredible fragrances that are great on their own or made to mix with each other. I wear this alone or mix it with their limited edition Nashi Blossom.

What are your current fave products to use?
